Shipping costs
Each article has its own individual shipping costs. These shipping costs are directly related to size, weight, number of packages, product group, shipping company and price of the product. In this way we can offer you a fair shipping price appropriate to your product.
The shipping costs distinguish between deliveries within and outside Germany. The destination is always decisive, not the address of the customer. You will be informed about the expected amount on this page. The amount of the shipping costs may change if additional components are added.
Accessories and articles from the fan shop are usually free of shipping costs, but for some stands a one-time flat-rate shipping fee may apply - it is independent of the number of stands ordered. The amount of the flat rate depends on the destination - within Germany: from € 9.99; Zone 1: from € 19.99; Zone 2: from € 29.99. If such stands are ordered at the same time as a loudspeaker (set) or a complete system, the delivery of these stands is free of charge.
The shipping costs for deliveries outside Germany are divided into two categories: Zone 1 and Zone 2: These zones have become necessary due to the very different costs which the contracted transport companies charge for their services. Customers of Teufel.de order exclusively to the delivery countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Shipping time
You will find information on the shipping time on the respective product detail page. Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal, "immediate bank transfer" or credit card as payment method. The delivery time varies depending on the type of delivery (by DHL or forwarding agent). For logistical reasons, DHL occasionally splits up shipments to the same addressee and delivers them on different days one after the other - especially if the packages have different sizes.

Climate neutral shipping with Teufel
We are now compensating for the CO₂ emissions caused by shipping our products from China to Germany in cooperation with the non-profit organisation Atmosfair. With every order placed by our customers, we donate a certain amount to climate protection projects that help save CO₂. As a result, our emissions are offset by their savings. The way of compensation always makes sense if there is currently no other alternative that would emit less CO₂.

Wireless surround sound

Surround sound is the key to creating an authentic cinema experience at home. Hear opponents stalking each other from behind, race cars overtaking each other or the audience cheering when the headliner act enters the stage.

The elaborate 2-way system, the wide dispersion characteristics and the long-throw bass mid-range driver of the Effekt speakers ensure a solid and full sound from behind.

The signal from your Teufel speakers/soundbar is transmitted to the Effekt speakers wirelessly. You only have to plug in one mains cable per speaker. The distance can be up to 15 metres. The speakers switch on and off automatically and feature an integrated wall bracket.

Efekt rear speaker

Very nice active rear speakers, quickly and easily connected and registered to the Ultima Soundbar. I sometimes get the impression that they don't add enough sound to the film, but considering that in most films the action comes from the front, you get a real fright when action comes from the back. They do exactly what they are supposed to do! They amplify the surround sound and make the movie experience a listening experience! I am thrilled.
