Shipping logistics
Particularly large and/or heavy orders (over 31.5 kg) are delivered by a forwarding agent. As a rule, the commissioned company will arrange an individual delivery date with you - for this purpose, we need your telephone number during the ordering process.

Please note that for orders that are paid with the payment method "prepayment", the delivery can only be set in motion as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account. In order to be able to make a direct delivery of goods in stock, we recommend that you select PayPal or credit card as payment method. How long do I have to return a product?
